Golf Club Refurbishment
The Lake Albert Golf Club is looking to refurbish their clubhouse and construct a new 30x30m shed for cart and buggy storage. They are planning to replace the clubhouse’s ceiling, carpet and linoleum, due to the deterioration suffered over 40+ years of life. They are also planning to purchase new chairs and tables for dining and function use.
The community will benefit from this project, as external functions such as weddings, birthdays, funeral wakes and community sporting functions are regularly booked at the clubhouse. The club believes that the upgrade will improve the quality of the facility, and therefore encourage greater traffic amongst locals and tourists to the club.
